Digital DM is a key foundation client for Trio Technology and have worked with them since 2006. We support their core business applications namely the epublishing and touch screen kiosk technology that we have developed for them over the years. There are several areas that we support DDM;
Trio Technology and it's staff have been supporting the key business applications of DDM for several years now. Primarily this is support, development and maintenance for their epublishing platform which has several thousand users around the world. The main subscription and PDF conversion system are written in custom PHP using the Symfony framework.
Trio work and collaborate every day with DDM to create new functionality that their customers will utilise and ultimately pay for via increased subscriptions and advertising revenue. Trio also work local designers for usability and design to make sure that it look good.
The key digital edition display technology is written in Flash and AS3 for desktop devices, and HTML5 for mobile devices. The mobile app was re-written recently using the Sencha Touch HTML5 Libraries.

Trio has helped DDM and their IMA.Kiosk division to deliver on their product offering for a cloud based content delivery system that allows the systems to store and run their content from local PC's but be constantly updated with fresh daily content.
Trio Technology staff also helped develop the food ordering system that is offered by IMA.Kiosk. This uses on kiosk payment technology to increase order numbers, reduce the ordering and wait time and eliminate queues.
